The Lyndale Neighborhood Building is located at 3537 Nicollet Avenue and is the home of the Lyndale Neighborhood Association.

The mural at the LNA site will use a series of postcards to depict the history of Minneapolis and the Lyndale Neighborhood.

Dale Manor - Bio

1981

Started my "professional" career fresh out of Mechanical Design school as a Logo Designer and screen printer at a specialty advertising firm in Northwest Wisconsin.

1989

Went to work for a small sign shop in Menomonie, WI. Worked full-time in the summer and part-time while I completed a BFA with a concentration in Industrial Design at the University of Wisconsin Stout. Shop was small but performed a wide range of projects and techniques.

1995

Relocated to Idaho to attempt to apply my new degree in the world of Furniture Design. Worked for a year as a Design Engineer at a high-end furniture manufacturing facility.

1996

Returned to the Midwest and put in several years as Model Maker in the Rapid Prototype Industry.

1999

Worked for 6 years as Lab Supervisor in the Art and Design Department at the University of Wisconsin Stout in Menomonie, WI

2000

Painted my first solo mural on the side of a west facing barn in the lovely weather of early July!

2000-Present

Travel to as many Letterhead meets as the wallet will allow. Have done mural work  in California, Illinois, New York City , Wisconsin, Florida, Minnesota, and Canada....so far!
